CMS are Masterfit Retailer of the Year Award Winners
CMS has won the prestigious “MasterFit Retailer of the Year” Award from Vauxhall. We are one of just 40 Vauxhall MasterFit Centres around the country now able to display the MasterFit Retailer of the Year” plaque on its premises.
The vehicle manufacturer has introduced a new set of standards to measure the competence of more than 400 Vauxhall MasterFit Centres nationwide in three key areas – convenience, value and expertise. Vauxhall says that these parameters generate customer satisfaction, service retention and business growth.
The Vauxhall MasterFit customer promise is designed to ensure convenience for customers in every aspect of the MasterFit experience, professional advice on which work is essential and what is desirable, and value for customers assured by a monthly local price check carried out by each MasterFit Centre. The customer promise also guarantees transparent pricing and invoicing, use of the latest diagnostic equipment to maintain safety, reliability, emissions and performance, plus free of charge vehicle and software enhancements as they enter the manufacturer’s database.
