The Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards recognise and reward top performing Retailers for the quality of service they give to you, the customer. Retailers must demonstrate outstanding customer focus and dedicated service to receive an award.
Vauxhall update their index of Retailer performance using their customer feedback surveys which they call Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction survey. As a CMS customer you will be invited to take part in both after you buy a new Vauxhall and after you get your vehicle serviced for the first or second time. As a whole Vauxhall collect thousands of these surveys – a recent tally came to over 30,000 of each survey over six months – so they make up a very accurate and long term picture of our customers' experience.
A Customer Excellence Award goes to Retailers with the most impressive combined Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction scores at the end of each calendar year.
